Yoga Workshop
A delicious summer yoga workshop where we will explore (among other things!) safe sequencing to aid and deepen a home practice. Multi level as always, time for questions and requests! We will finish with cake! Great if you wish to deepen your practice! Booking is essential, a deposit is required to secure your place. The cost is £20, £10 deposit and £10 on the day.
