Hello Everyone

We understand that everyone and their abilities are unique.  We will work with you to build your confidence, help you achieve success in reaching your personal goals and celebrate these achievements with you.

The classes range from Yoga to Pole Fitness, Kettle bells to Pilates and the Fit Club classes that are tailored to your own fitness level. You will find a friendly, supportive environment, surrounded with people like you, who have taken control and want to improve their fitness and wellbeing.

Studio For Rent

We have a purpose built studio available for private hire functions, such as fitness classes, photo shoots or workshops.

The studio can  be hired hourly, half day or full day.  We have on site facilities:- toilets, a tea/coffee shop with healthy food available if required. In addition to ample parking facilities.

The studio available on a Saturday or Sunday from 11.30 am onwards.  (Earlier if required with adequate notice).
